Biography
Megan Foster, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology with Town Plaza Women’s Health. She is affiliated with Menorah Medical Center.
Dr. Foster received her Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Kansas City University in 2017. She graduated medical school Summa Cum Laude in 2021 from Kansas City University. She completed her residency at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in 2025. During residency Dr. Foster received the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons Achievement Award for Outstanding Resident in Minimally Invasive Surgery. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and KC Gynecological Society.
She has a special interest in high and low-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, contraception and family planning, hormone replacement therapy, patient education, and reproductive healthcare advocacy.
Dr. Foster is a KC native, and is happily married. In her free time, she likes to explore new KC restaurants, walk her two dogs (golden retrievers, named Sami and Boba), spend time with family, go thrifting, and attend the local farmer’s market.
